Charlotte Tilbury is seeking a talented and passionate Full Time Beauty Advisor to join our team at Bloomingdale's Short Hills.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Provide personalized makeup and skincare consultations
- Recommend Charlotte Tilbury products to meet customer's needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized counter
- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions
REQUIREMENTS :
- Prior experience in beauty retail or cosmetics industry
- Passion for makeup and skincare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
